Workshops, Courses, Weddings and events.

1 PAYMENT TERMS
Orders for a workshop/courses or wedding service will not be accepted without payment at the time of booking.
Upon purchase of a product from our physical or online shop, payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Upon confirmation of a wedding or event, a non-refundable deposit (Save the date and initial concept) of £200 will be required to secure our services for the relevant date. Without receipt of a deposit, we regret that we are unable to hold the date and will be available to take other bookings.

Once you have received the Design Proposal & Estimate -First payment of 50% of balance should be paid within 2 weeks of the dated Proposal.

The remaining balance of the account is due within 6 weeks before the day of the event.
We accept payment in GBP (£) by BACS, Apple Pay, and credit and debit cards online. UK cheque up to one week before the course start date. Please make all cheques payable to: Inspired Floristry. By cash if payment is made in person.

All payments are processed securely, and your information is used solely to process the order.
The price of any or all of our workshops/courses will be as quoted on our website except in cases of obvious error and are liable to change at any time.

2 CANCELLATIONS

Workshops and courses:

You may cancel your place on a workshop/course up to 28 days before the workshop/course start date. Under these circumstances, you will be entitled to a refund of the workshop/course fees.

Cancellations must be received in writing and the date of receipt will determine the cancellation charge applicable.
For workshops/courses cancelled up to 28 days before the date of said event, we reserve the right to charge up to 25% of the most recent quotation.
For workshops/courses cancelled within 28 days before the date of said event, we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the most recent quotation.
For workshops/courses cancelled within 14 days before the date of said event, we reserve the right to charge up to 75% of the most recent quotation.
For workshops/courses cancelled within 7 days before the date of said event, we regret that 100% of the final payment will be lost.

Please note that courses have minimum attendance levels and may be cancelled if too few bookings are received. We therefore reserve the right to amend or cancel courses.

If we cancel a workshop/course we shall endeavour to give you a minimum of 7 days’ notice. You will have the option of transferring to another workshop/course or of having a full refund of the fees, which we will return to you within three weeks.

Weddings and events:
Once an event has been confirmed, we order flowers, reserve sundries, book staff and may refuse to supply other clients wishing to book our services. To compensate for costs incurred and loss of profits, charges may be applied for the cancellation of a confirmed event.
Cancellations must be received in writing and the date of receipt will determine the cancellation charge applicable.
For weddings or events cancelled up to 28 days before the date of said event, we reserve the right to charge up to 25% of the most recent quotation.
For weddings or events cancelled within 28 days before the date of said event, we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the most recent quotation.
For weddings or events cancelled within 14 days before the date of said event, we reserve the right to charge up to 75% of the most recent quotation.
For weddings or events cancelled within 7 days before the date of said event, we regret that 100% of the final payment will be lost.
 

3 POSTPONEMENTS AND CHANGES
To ensure the smooth delivery of our workshops/courses and wedding services, INSPIRED FLORISTRY requires notice of postponements or changes in orders for large deliveries or weddings and events within 14 days of the expected delivery of said product or service. After this point, while we will do our utmost to accommodate the requested changes, we regret that no guarantee can be made.

Postponements:
Should a change of date become necessary, we are under no contractual obligation to deliver our products or services on the replacement date. While we will do our utmost to accommodate the new date, if we are unable to do so, we regret that deposits will remain non-refundable. If we are able to accommodate the new date, we reserve the right to amend prices accordingly. As our products are made to order, we reserve the right to refuse refunds for bookings and orders postponed within 14 days of said event. Extenuating circumstances may be considered but are not a guarantee of a refund. Events or orders postponed before the 14-day deadline will not be subject to charge and deposits will be carried across to the new date.

Changes:
While we will do everything we can to accommodate changes to existing orders, we reserve the right to amend prices accordingly. Should the changes entail a reduction in order numbers, we regret that no refund for the difference will be made after 14 days before expected delivery.

4 Photography and videos

4.1 During the workshop/course you may take as many photographs of your work as you wish. We would ask you not to use the work of other people on your own website without their permission.

5. Non-attendance

5.1 Non-attendance of classes due to illness or for personal or professional reasons does not create automatic right to a refund, extra tuition or a transfer. However, in such an event we will consider all the circumstances and take such action that we consider to be fair and reasonable.

5.2 Please note that if alternative options are offered there may be an additional charge.

6. Health & Safety

6.1 Students are expected to follow the health and safety guidelines given at the start of each course.

7. Materials and equipment

The course fee includes the cost of most materials, sundries and flowers. Where it is necessary for you to bring materials, tools etc. with you; you will receive a list of required materials.

8 Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights regarding this website including, but not limited to, text, graphics, design, logos, photographs, images and all other materials are owned by Inspired Floristry. No trademarks or content may be copied, reproduced, sold or used without our prior written consent. If you breach this Term then you must at our direction return, delete or destroy any copies of the materials you have duplicated.

9 Refusal of Transaction

We reserve the right to refuse to process an order for any reason or refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion and at any time during the order process.

10 Ordering Online

Upon placing your order online, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail detailing your order and confirming the value of your order, which will have been debited from your credit or debit card.

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that you are both legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

11 Errors, inaccuracies, and omissions

We undertake no obligation to update, amend, or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

12 Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

13 Gift Vouchers: Special terms and conditions

Gift vouchers are purchasable online. To book a workshop/course using a gift voucher, please call 07970 170675 or email catherine@inspiredfloristry.com and ensure that you bring the voucher with you on the day of commencement of your workshop/course.
